"Very overpriced Bland Berkeley chicken breast mexikales restaurant . They are still in lockdown mode because they obviously earn more money than they previously with their normal dining room. Now you can sit outside in the cold and serve slightly warm dishes for extremely high prices. Trust me you're much better with a taco truck. Staff are very nice, but probably overworked and underpaid."

"Good food, average price, good service in the light of only 1 waitress. eating was served at a time based on preparation. last court pretty slow because ran out of tofu and had to go and get it. but the food and quiet borrowed from our definitiw returned took other critics commented taking into consideration and no meal ordered with a red pepper icon. but 1 meal was still a little spicy"

"This place was recommended via the Michelin App and it was not disappointed! Cocktails were top notch, service very receptive, homemade chips were next level, and the food (chicken liver and fish tacos) were excellent! Was just here for the work trip, but will definitely come when I'm in town!"

"Pollo’s is a small diner place near the BART station in Berkeley. It serves Burritos, Burger, Sandwiches, Breakfast and Gyros. It is a great choice for a small restaurant. I found it disappointing that they were not a credit card, but that's not too big a deal. Anyway, I was here twice. The first time I got the gyro plate, and I thought it was quite delicious, with a good amount of meat over rice. It comes with a salad on the side, hummus, and some sauce that complements the gyro well. It is also quite complete. Next time I came, I decided to get the breakfast Burrito. That was a little disappointing. The cashier asks if you want sour cream, cheese and black beans, but he doesn't tell you that they cost extra. Luckily I asked. Unfortunately, these are important ingredients in a burrito that should be included anyway. Cheese for a dollar! What a demolition I think. I still got cheese and sour cream with my breakfast Burrito that had beef in it. What it didn't have is egg, or rather every breakfast in there. They either made my order wrong, or they have a terrible idea of what a breakfast burrito should have. The Burrito himself was decently big and pretty good, but not what I wanted. Anyway, I was a little disappointed with the second time."

"Cancun offers a good balance of quality and quantity of food. The burritos are the cornerstone of the place – would recommend the chicken for non-adventurous people, and either a mole or a carne asada if you want to try something else. The chicken salad was very fresh and good, and they have rotating specialties that can be very good (plate with veg tamales thingys with a spicy red meat sauce, rice, beans and cactus were a repetition choice for me). The great attraction is the Salsa Bar. My personal favorite was the pumped salsa, but I know many people rave over the fruit of Salsas (strawberry, mango, pineapple). The hot salsas are HOT. No, this is not “authentic” mexican (so tell my friends who are Mexican food snobs) and without the salsa that Burritos do not stand out. But the Salsas are what people come back, and frankly, the Burrito was just a means to an end what I repair my pumpkin salsa for the week. The room is OK, but it is overcrowded and loud during the busy times. It can be very busy and unhappy when the high school children for lunch at the nearby Berkeley High. No free parking, although a paying city ground right next door. Prices are fine although probably high (can be $1-2 more per Burrito) compared to average mamma and pop Mexican places. But just a few minutes walk from the west side of Cal Campus, this was the best by far."

"Nice restaurant with great food! I ordered the garlic noodles and they were great! Very balanced and nutritious food! The ratio was about 40% vegetables and 60% noodles/meat. Great taste! I also ordered the chicken pillow thai and it was good."
