"We stayed here for lunch, we had 4 different empanadas and they were all great. There's a bit of a line, but it's worth waiting. The Empanadas were fresh and hot. And the price? Lunch for 2 costs us less than $3.00, $3.00!!!!!! ... I've never seen a better value before. You need to increase prices, it's so good!!"

"Mexican food in the U.S. comes in many regional varieties, each is a different experience. maria félix offered food prepared in ways that I had not yet experienced. We attended a conference at the technological scientific pole across the street (and our hotel was a few blocks away). We ate here twice, once inside with a large group and also in the rooftop courtyard with a smaller group. if you expect food similar to that of Mexican restaurants in the U.S., you are likely to feel disappointed. We enjoy the variety of gastronomic experiences and the different ways in which maria félix prepared family dishes. touch the bell to enter and prepare to climb the stairs to the dining room and to the rooftop courtyard."

"Great place a short walk from Recoleta Cemetery. We were hoping to get a seat outside but went into basement area and so glad we did. We sat next to some local older gents and had an unforgettable afternoon sharing stories and food. By the...way the food was good too. Empanadas, Humita and Chorizo A La Ponarola. The staff were also very friendly, happy and jovial."
