"Amazing southern food. I tried their crab fries , who that chicken, southern chicken sandwich and crawfish etoufee. The highlight for me were the crab fries and who that chicken. The seasoning , crispness and freshness was all perfect. I?m going back to try other items for sure."

"Horrible experience. Have been to so many branches. Never had bad exotics like this. I have to wait literally for 35 minutes in line. Don't think there is lot of crowd. There were 4 people in front of me. Service was so bad. They literallydon't want to work. Not interested to help. Very bad experience. Keep yourself away from this branch."

"I want to start by saying that the food is great and the service is also fantastic!! Make sure to check everything before you leave. The Taco plate is so good. I love rice and beans! Tamales are from this world. The owner is great and funny and will not hesitate to make things right. Customer for life. Do not sleep on this hole in the wall!!!"

"Who ever the cook(s) are, really knows their flavors. The food here is delicious and fulfilling. This place is consistent with the food they cook considering the cost which makes it a fair trade. We keep coming back for more to try the rest of the menu and so far we've been pretty satisfied. You compare this restaurant to just anyone."

"Tomato is like a Whole Foods buffet but behind glass. I was so happy to find it in the Castro Valley Natural Grocery Store. There were several oldish looking veggies but I bought them anyway because to be at a buffet in the age of Corona is my nirvana. I got the home fries, a dish mash of carrots, zucchini, and maybe onions, an amazing carrot dish, garlic mashed potatoes, a mini biscuit and some kind of over-cooked kale. It was all delicious! It was pricey at $10.99 a pound but like I said...I would almost pay anything to get a smorgasbord! Now sadly not all the help is great. One gal with pink hair was awesome and she helped my husband but the other helper who helped me was very unhelpful and didn 't listen. First, it took her forever to even wait on me. Then, I would say, I want a small amount and she grabs a humongous box. Then I say, I want 3 potatoes and she scooped out 20. I was like 3! 3! Finally, I opened my mask and said it again very loudly. Annoying. My husband said the turkey meatballs were good. The salad was the best, he said! I really liked the store too so I will review that next. I hope people will go so that this new food Mecca can stay in business! There are also a few other businesses inside like Japanese place, Seven Hills Bakery, a vinegar and oil place, a spice place, and a butchery. There is also a coffee shop!"
