"While visiting family in Clovis, our niece recommended El Pueblito Mexican restaurant for a late lunch on a Friday. There was 10 adults and 2 toddlers in our family group. The server was very polite and accommodating to our large group, there was literally no wait time and we sat at the back of the restaurant. Just a warning, the food served in this restaurant is very 'Americanized ' as the tacos are not true Mexican tacos but there is shredded jack cheese on them. If you are vegetarian, the chef may get your order wrong (happened to two of our family members). The food is decent and the portion sizes are very large, our local family all ate the food and they liked it. If you are accustomed to authentic Mexican food, this may not be the spot for you. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly and accommodating in getting the right food back on the table for the vegetarian family members. We didn 't have to wait very long for our meals and the total tab including the servers tip was very reasonable considering our large group and the mess left behind by the little ones."

"We've been here a few times. They are always busy but the wait is never too long because the team works their butts off to make sure you have everything you need. You won't sit long with an empty cup, someone is always pouring coffee. So far everything I've tried has been Awesome. Definitely recommend!"

"We stopped by, and the woman who waited on us was really nice. She explained all the choices available, and told us that a Doy Duo was enough to share. It is. Easily. My 25 year old son and I shared moussaka, a beef kebab, and a chicken kebab. The servings of both were generous, and it came with big portions of rice or bulgar, or both (you should get both) plus well seasoned beans, and salad. We both came away satisfied, and with enough left for a second meal. We WILL be coming back again."

"Land cook diner. Friendly staff and large lands. In any case, our monies are worth it. We ordered and less than 10 minutes later our food was at our table. Wow, that was a quick service. It was hot and just like I ordered it. They came by every 5 minutes and asked if we needed coffee that was GREAT as I was a coffee drinker and I didn't have to look around to find someone to get me more coffee at all. Very attentive staff. They welcome you by asking you how you do and how a good conversation. Really a small town hole in the wall gemstone. Breakfast omg was super tasty and non-fat, but quite sisable. In any case, it recommends people who travel here for the first time as we travel."

"The food quality was good especially for the price point. The service was average, although my server did not have a sense of urgency. The music in the restaurant was a distraction. It is a radio station with a lot of static and commercials. I would recommend and come back to eat, with the mindset of the above. I ordered fajitas (chicken and steak) with corn tortillas and again it was good."
