"My wife and I ordered take out from courtice Swiss Chalet after work on this particular day because we had a voucher with this location after a poor take out experience a few weeks earlier. Poor poor poor right from the start. I called in enquiring about the voucher and the man on the other end stated there was no voucher on file and then went on to yell through the phone about taking my order. After being able to talk over him to get him to hear me I was transferred to a customer service rep. After 15 minutes with her I still didn't have an order processed and she seemed confused about how to place an order and putting together a total cost of the order. In the end my wife was at the store and had to order in person, lame! We got the food home and it was just as expected. My wife ordered a chicken wrap which was soggy as if prepared a day in advanced and the French fries were cold, as usual. I ordered a half rack of ribs and a Caesar salad. Ribs were warm, and saucy, but where is the meat? I had more bone and cartilage than meat. Another poor experience from Swiss chalet. Only thing that is consistent with this place is the chalet sauce and their pre packaged salads and side dishes. EVEN the garlic toast was stale!!! WHAT?!?!? How do you mess that up????I gave this review a 2/5 because the service is quick in person and the Caesar salad was good as well as the chalet sauce. But man cannot live on salad and chalet sauce alone. Once again POOR POOR POOR"
