"I was very excited to visit Wheat and Oats, which is both a cafe and a grocer stocking local Canberra products. My friend and I went on a chilly winter morning rugging up was a good idea, because the space is very open and must take a while to warm up. I ordered the baked eggs. I was a bit disappointed that a place with an organic focus and with lots of kitchen space didn't offer fresh juices (suggestion box?), so I stuck with water, although the lady mentioned that they do offer smoothies. Our food didn't take long to come out, and when it did, it was presented nicely on a Jamie Oliver wooden board with two slices of buttered bread.
