"There are so many different dishes at this restaurant that it is very hard to choose. They always offer small, medium and large portions in case you want to share. All the dishes for one person are very cheap (between 7-10 ringgits). We had two different kind of soups and they were loaded with greens and seaweed. Overall it was a good experience: good food good and fast service."

"This store sells a lot of vegan food. Dry and frozen mostly. I have a few minced meats and Tom Yam sauce in big package that I haven't seen yet. It is beautifully located next to two vegetarian restaurants."

"Of the five nyonya restaurants we tried, this was one of the two best. The fish dish was good, though the texture of stingray might be a bit of an acquired taste; I liked it, but if you want to play it safe perhaps get the snapper instead. The minced pork in a wrapper and fried was our favourite, great little snack. The veggies were nicely spiced; we asked for a less oily version than normal, and they were happy to oblige. The chicken curry was fine, but not particularly memorable. Would definitely go here again to try more dishes."

"The taste is really authentic and not commercialise. The highlight of the place is definitely the baos and the leaf wrapped rice. Price wise is reasonable and not too expensive. Highly recommended and definitely will return next time."

"My second visit here. Last time was in 2020. The food still taste good after two years. The fried egg is a must to order! It’s so crunchy and fragrant. The soy sauce drizzle all over the fried egg makes it so delicious. Their assam fish is also another must try. The seafood Petai is so good too. The dishes will surely make you ask for another serving of rice. The lady boss is also very funny and helpful. Making you feel so welcomed in her restaurant. I’ll look forward to going back there for dinner the next time I’m at Melaka."

"2-storey restaurant serving Peranakan food. The chicken pongteh is good but the rest, like otah, egg omelette, fried fish, petai were so-so. Rice was hard and clumpy. Cendol didn't have red beans but was refreshing on a hot day."

"Not sure that the real authentic Nyonya food is, but the taste is to my taste. This is my 2nd visit here, just a short walk from my hotel. The staff I rushed to catch my trainer and they really prepare our food pretty fast, although it was almost the whole house on a Sunday noon. The Chendol is very nice."

"A cafe strategically located within Jonker Area~It’s spacious, airy and the ID of the place is minimalistic which is different than most of the other cafes around the place. Without a doubt, a great place to enjoy a cuppa coffee (probably 2 or more) and also one of many proper cafes here in Melaka that serves proper coffee and if you’re looking for great coffee experience be it for filter coffee nor espresso, this place should be on your lookout! Recommended!"
