"Your Singaporean hawker street food experience is not complete without heading to the Drinks, Desserts & Delicacies kiosk. <br>
Drinks range from sodas to beers to sugarcane juice. <br>
It's the desserts you have to explore. We tried the Ice Kachang. Kinda like a halo-halo without that much ingredients. It's a mountain of shaved ice with multiple flavors and colors topped with a scoop of ice cream. Underneath it all is the delicious combo of sweet red beans and black gulaman. The ice Kachang is best for sharing between 2 to 3 or 4 people. To make it easier, get some paper cups they use for the water and make equal portions of this dessert. This way making less mess when that mountain of ice starts falling down.<br>
Wanna try something different? Get the Pulut Hitam. A sweet black sticky rice (looks like champorado) with coconut ice cream. This warm dessert is a bit too sweet for me but the creaminess as the coconut ice cream melts makes it so good.

"How convenient to have courts of ilo in my environment. megamall’s food court has a stall dedicated to its specialties. ilonggo is known especially for la paz batchoy. Too bad it wasn't ready when I was there. <br br>/ I had kadyos for the first time. it is a suppen dish with pork and jackfruit or langka. it also had a lot of garlic and boring. the meat was so soft and it is suppe salty sour taste penetrated well to make it really delicious. <br br>/ mechado could have been better if its meat was not difficult to chew. it is tomato sauce based was quite delicious. grill should be my next station at my next visit here."

"Food Hall is so hype! There's a newly opened one in SM MEGAMALL called MAKANSUTRA which caters mostly Singaporean Cuisines. Makansutra is a franchise from Singapore that celebrates and promotes food culture. At first sight, the place seems to look disorderly but thats the way it goes. The disorderly of the place creates good vibes and Asian feels. And you and your eyes will get used to it. I like the set-up. Specially the art in the wall. I experienced 3 food stalls when I visited Makansutra: 1. "If you're craving for a sushi and wanted a quick bite, this is definitely the place for you. Sure the sushi are pre made as opposed to making it freshly as you order. But I'm not going to complain as the prices are reasonable, take note this isn't the high end sushi restaurant that serves quality sushi grade tuna with marblings and all, but it ain't that bad either. Just a simple grab and go fast food type sushi bar. Still worth every cents :)"
