"This may be the best brisket sandwich I have ever had. And that's saying something, as I lived down south for several years, and I'm a fat foodie. The service was fantastic, and everyone was really friendly. They also have a great selection of drinks available, but since I was here for lunch while I'm working, I haven't had a chance to try those yet. Plan on being back very soon. Food: 5"

"Dead River has the best coffee around. Roast the beans in house. Always a stop when in town. Had to update my review after just Googling their website. Congrats to Slone for Purchasing and carrying on the Dead River name. You will do great. And Congrats to Theo. Enjoy life and coffee! My sons, wife and I are looking forward to getting back up and getting some cups of the best brewed coffee around."

"Very bad experience. suppe came after entrees, only after I remembered the server (the salat never came.) eating was hardly warm. my sohn asked for a page of ranch 3 times, then had to ask a separate server. they took off my wife and my meal (my children decided to eat them cool as they were really hungry), but I had to pass the bill a few times. they gave the suppe that I had eaten free. and it was good (white fish chowder) that was appreciated. Finally, they did it right from me, but I was cheated that I wasn't able to eat what I ordered as it sounded really good."
