"Great coffee! However the customer service is beyond lacking. The guy who took our orders had zero customer service, and did not greet us. Read the menu and quickly said 'I would like a Nitro please ' and was met with the response 'Its not ready '.....then I asked when will it be ready....the response was '24hrs '. Nothing more. A nicer tone and actual customer service will go a long way, so the customer doesn 't have to direct the entire conversation. At the end of the ordering he made my group and I feel like we were a inconvenience for asking menu questions (first time here) and ordering"

"Best ever homemade food selections and flavors, service is unbelievably great, clean and homey feeling throughout despite the large dining areas, and even though it's cafeteria style, the long line moves at a good pace. Thank goodness they give you a larger tray than most, you want nearly everything you see! Our whole family loves this place and we'll keep coming back for more (menu changes here and there). Reasonable pricing, too. Out of 1 10, we rate it a 12!!"

"Great Variety with Good but Not Great Food. Amoung the upscale burger chains this is one of the best. It's almost there in many categories.<br/ <br/ Their burgers are excellent and taste of good cuts of meat. They are not dry or overcooked nor are they so laden with grease that you need 45 napkins. Good variety of topping to choose from and they take a decent stab at a Chicago dog but there are better in the area.<br/ <br/ In my opinion, the best items on the menu are a selection of fantastic milkshakes. This is where the shine and they are truely outstanding.<br/ <br/ Other items on the menu are not bad but poor initations of regional favorites. Their take on a Cincinnati Chili is not bad unless you have eaten the original at the Skyline in Cincinnati then there is no compairson. Same problem as I mentioned with the Chicago Dog although I will give them credit, in neither case does the menu call it a Chicago Dog or Cincinnati Chili but it's clear what they are trying to approximate.<br/ <br/ The have a decent version of an old favorite, the Patti Melt. Haven't seen one of them in awhile.<br/ <br/ They also have a good breadfast menu but only consists of things like pancakes etc. They are not bad but IHOP and Waffle House don't have anything to worry about.<br/ <br/ Service is very good and everyone is nice and as friendly as they come in an upscale fast food restaurant.<br/ <br/ Decore is light and airy although I do find it somewhat sterile.<br/ <br/ All in all, it's a great place to eat and as long as you stick to the original format of burgers and shakes, it's a great value and hard to beat."

"Absolutely LOVE this cafe!! A coffee experience I’ve never had before OR tasted...actually the BEST coffee I think I’ve ever had east to west coast!! My thanks to Fabio and his beautiful wife for teaching us so much about coffee and the amazing differences in prep how bizarre the different flavors you can get from the same beans, dependent upon your ‘drip’ method, etc. All folks in NC should make it a point to come visit, as they have great live music on Saturday eves (6 8p+ , too! <3"

"I've been going to Josh's since 2006. This is such a great place with great people! The last 2 years, the town of Mooresville has been making Josh's close every few months because the town changes the rules for outdoor markets. I don't understand why Mooresville Town board is so hateful to Josh's. Mooresville Town board seems to resent successful small businesses. I hope everyone in Mooresville votes the town board out of office. I love Josh's and go there several times a week vegetables, milk etc. I will miss it when it is forced to close again."
