"I have been eating here for many years. The food is always good. Great Blue Plate daily special. The chili dogs and hamburgers are made the old fashion way. Ms Dolly and the ladies that greet you are always friendly and make you feel welcome. Best sweet tea in town. One of the original restaurants on Montague. Thank you Ms Dolly for your dedication."

"Every part of my visit was way above and beyond what I had hoped for. I immediately felt welcomed with warm smiles from the polite staff. The smells of good old fashioned home cooking filled the air. Authentic food at incredible prices, amazing quality and portions that allow you to bring home the extra. This is going to be my go to place from now on. If you 're a local or a visitor, make sure you take the time to stop in and enjoy this place."

"Food was left out for a long time. Ask if they could get more food hot and fresh out it took 15 to 20mins to bring out they put the hot food on top of the cold food instead of cleaning the old food that was out smh not professional at all. The dessert bar was a total mess nothin was fresh all was picked over and no one came to clean it up. The waiters there was bum rushing and wasn't even checking the tables like that. Gave our drinks but we had to ask for it instead of the waiter checking on us SMH very unexpected and unexceptionable."

"So glad we received a flyer about this restaurant in our mailbox! We love Indian food and have really missed it since moving to MP from Chicago. The food was really good. I had the hot Chicken Tikka Masala and appreciated that it was spicy and not overly creamy or rich. The entree came with rice, cooked broccoli and carrots. My husband, who rarely eats a vegetable, said the carrots were his favorite part of the meal. Also enjoyed the chutneys and the coffee. Next time we’ll save room for dessert. Our dinner portions were so large we have lunch for tomorrow. Staff was friendly and attentive. We’ll be back and recommend it to our friends."
