"Good food, good service but when the lady handed me the Visa terminal, the only option showing was the tap to pay . Which I did, and after it went through, I asked where the tip option was. She told me I had already added a tip. News to me. But on the receipt, there was her tip! So it appeared to me that she tipped herself on my behalf. She asked if we were tourists (we 're not) so maybe this is something she does occasionally. Seems odd."

"We were travelling through Vancouver from Whistler back to Seattle. We stopped by the suspension bridge along the way and it was dinner time when we were ready to leave. We stumbled upon Nobu through Trip Advisor and were not disappointed. Their food was excellent- we ordered the California rolls, shrimp tempura rolls, Alaska rolls, and of course the edaname... Great restaurant run by husband and wife. Great service and great food."

"I discovered this place a long time ago and it consistently provides us with we're looking for: tasty dim sum, chicken's feet and roast duck. It's one of those places, much like BC Ferries, that the food is very predictable.....in this case predictably good. Half the fun is wondering around the restaurant and seeing what others are eatings and asking the server to identify it. No complaints, just happy and satisfied appetites."

"This is a very nice place to spend an hour or so, in the sun or the shade according to your preference. The coffee was unimpressive; we didn't have anything to eat. The view is fabulous, of course, but that is hardly something the Rusty Rail can take credit for."
