"The food used to be a lot better than it is now... got pork and avocado burritos... to me they tasted fishy. I'm not one to send food back, I know how some cooks respond to send backs... needless to say I didn't eat it. I also don't understand the limiting of refills on certain beverages. I honestly prefer to eat elsewhere. There are better options in town."

"I'll pass this place every day. We decided to try and I'm so glad we did. Fast and friendly service. The waitress was on top of it, from making drinks refills to check. The food tastes great! I ordered the Rellenos Skillet. I definitely go back."

"We needed somewhere to stop for lunch before getting into Denver, and all of the online restaurant reviews said that the Mill Stop Cafe was THE place to try in Pueblo. We are so glad we did! Don't be fooled by the very modest exterior--inside, you will find some of the friendliest people and most soul-filling food you've ever encountered. We were there during the lunch rush and even though there was a waitlist for tables, we were seated within five minutes. Our server was wonderful and brought our stuffed sopapillas and chile relleno to the table quickly--both were incredible and exactly the kind of home-cooking we were craving. We were about to order the fresh sopapillas with honey for dessert but then found out--to our obvious delight--that they came free with the meal as the dessert. They were perfect--perfectly fried and delicious even without the added sweetness of the honey! We left with full bellies and smiles on our faces!"

"I drove by in the morning and noticed a line. It took me to the square and tried for lunch. I'm glad. The person who took my order helped me decide about the Burrito with pork, green chili and beans. Man, it was delicious. Prices are ridiculously low. Portions are not too big, but exactly right. And people are kind. Next time in Pueblo I'm back for more."
