"We were here for an event near by, so we step in to grab a drink. Staffs are super nice and vibe is so chill. Beer is delicious and it is well price, spent $10 for two beers. Edit: We came back the next day to eat. Arrived around 10am and wait was about 5mins to get seated. Food came out quick. Server was super nice and attended to us frequently. We got homemade scones, white mocha coffee, Full English Breakfast, and Benedict Androld Breakfast. It's so delicious. My new favorite brunch restaurant!"

"I asked them to add Avocado to my Classic Chicken Burritos, they added Guacamole. That's ruined the whole taste. They need to know how to listen to the customer orders better, and also to know what's the difference between Avocado and Guacamole."

"I don?t even know where to start. I ordered Carne Asada fries but vegetarian and they gave me meat instead. They gave me two bags of chips with no salsa, but luckily I had some at home and also gave me a bean and cheese burrito that looks like something off the kids menu. I asked the girl who took my order if everything correct in the bag, she definitely lied. I shouldn?t have to travel back to a restaurant because they don?t know what their doing!! Next time I?ll just travel further to get good customer service."

"My kid ordered the bacon-covered chicken stuff. When she went to take the last bite, she found a sticker label on the bottom with a date of February 17. We told our waitress what she found that she told us she didn't know where it could come from. She brought a manager to the table, he explained that they have to label the food so they know when it was cooked, but it should not end up on our plate. He offered the meal free offered us two $5 black bear coupons one of them could be used for our bill. He also offered us a free Cobbler coupon with a purse of any duck. When I went to pay, I tried to use the $5 Black Bear coupon that was just given to me by the manager, the cashier advised me that it was only valid Mon-Th. It was obvious that the manager did not communicate with her so I paid the bill. I then approached the manager that I was unable to use the $5 Black Bear coupon he had given me. He said I could use it next time because the transhipment had already been made, I think it would be difficult for them to reverse it. I then asked if I could only get a bear claw as it was the same price as if I would use the $5 Black Bear coupon. He wanted me to use the free Cobbler coupon when the cashier made the mistake. I thought he just gave me the bear claw for free, because I was the one who had the problem. The food was good, but the service was terrible. We also asked for a children's menu because we had our 12-year-old with us. I never had a waiter question whether my child was 12 years old or not. I really don't think it was anything from her business. She looked a little odd because my child doesn't look like an average 12 years old. I don't think I'd ever go to this paticular diner. If I ever go back, it'll be in another place. Hopefully, the service will be much better than we had."
