"Posadita is One of our favorite restaurants in San Miguel. The food and the service are consistently excellent. Tonight I had Chamorro Adobado slow cooked pork shank in adobado) and grilled vegetables with goat cheese. "While it was interesting to try the various cuts of meat some of the meat was not cooked properly. Especially, bacon and sausage that were under cooked. The salad bar was a disgrace to any decent restaurant let alone a 250 pesos/plate venue. The service was good but the location was very noisy on the patio."

"I was drawn by the sign, written in English, that was one of the few characters I could actually read in san miguel de allende, given my shameful knowledge of Spanish. oink, peep, moo! that says all they need to know, and for 70 pesos they get a great lunch. pork, chicken or bark are their choices, with sides of beans and rice and a refreshing drink. the menu changes daily; I had a day of ablondigas, delicate pork in a delicious sauce another day, and even the chicken cordbleu with chipotle sauce on another day. it was all very, very good and the price was great for traveling on a budget. it became our favorite almuerzo, and we enjoyed it, with the owner pablo, the great English and Spanish speaking."

"I realize that casual, relaxed dining is the hallmark of SMA - but once I've finished my meal and asked for the bill I would expect it to arrive 5-10 minutes later. When I have to get up (after 15-20 min) and track down my waiter, well - that's not great. The atmosphere and music is the best part of Los Milagros. The food is good and reasonably priced. They do get busy for dinner on Fri/Sat so it's a good idea to get there a little earlier to put you name in."

"El restaurante se encuentra sobre una de las calles principales que te llevan al centro de San Miguel de Allende; no cuenta con estacionamiento, por lo que encontrar lugar para estacionar puede resultar un poco conflictivo en fin de semana.El lugar es un espacio muy agradable, buena ambientación y cuenta con area interior y area exterior; en el exterior podrás encontrar el asador como si estuvieras en una carne asada casera.El día que visité el restaurante nadie nos recibió en la entrada hasta que ya estábamos a mitad de restaurante (solo había tres mesas ocupadas), buscamos nuestros sitios para acomodarnos. El mesero nos brindo las cartas; el personal se mostraba sumamente disperso ya que tardaron mucho en acercarse de nuevo a tomarnos la orden.Decidimos ordenar un corte de carne, hamburguesa y pizza; El corte fue excelentemente bueno, en su punto de cocción, la hamburguesa solo es una "hamburguesa" buen sabor pero solo eso, pero... el GRAN punto de mejora es LA PIZZA, nuestra espera fue demasiada y ademas al recibir la pizza, la masa estaba aun un cruda del centro. Después de esta situación decidimos ordenar la pizza para llevar y terminar de hornearla en casa, ya que el problema fue el tiempo de cocción y no el sabor, sinceramente no esperaríamos mas tiempo para la resolución de la mencionada situación.Por segunda ocasión visite el restaurante y mejoraron algunos aspectos y otros seguían igual, como el servicio, por ejemplo seguía con los mismos puntos de mejora.En verdad si mejorara el servicio sería fantástico ya que considero que los limites de espera por alimentos o bebidas excedieron."

"Everybody in SMA knows Lolita has excellent food but for unknown reasons a lot of folks seem to think it's expensive. It is not. Large portions at very good prices. There is an extremely wide variety of well-prepared classic Mexican dishes. One of my current...favorites is enchiladas morita de pollo. Muy picante. Muy rico. Really good stuff if you can handle the heat. The fish is excellent. Hard if not impossisble to go wrong, really. Staying in? They deliver. Guaranteed good move."
