"Nice food to have your salad formed by scratches. Most advertised combinations (if not all) use either meat or animal by-products (cheese/egg/honey), but is really easy to mix the ingredients of your choice to an excellent vegan meal with tofu, beans, avocado, nuts and so on. Be careful with the sauces. Only a few do not use honey or cheese, so do not hesitate to ask the staff you can have when you are vegan because they are not marked as all.
