"This place is so beautiful. It is only on the main road and the hosts are two of the most beautiful people you will ever meet. You are so happy to see you and are just so warm and welcoming. And then the food... SENSATIONAL!!!! Try the Garlic Karaage. We had two portions of it. (And they are also a decent size!!!"

"This place is a cozy organic café with its own vegan menu (cafe is not vegan). I loved seeing all employees smile! They are very friendly and relaxed. On the day we went there, there was a live music event (violinist), and as they have a big piano there, I assume they also have piano music from time to time. My dish was very healthy and light, but vegan menu has more protein filled options. I was just for the easier option. Place is good if you want a break from busy Harajuku."

"In Japan, most vegan restaurants are about idealism. By serving vegan food they want to improve the world by reducing animal suffering, causing less harm to nature and providing healthy food. SOJO Esperanto-Vegana Kafejo adds a completely new dimension to this: uniting all people by speaking the same language. Because SOJO Esperanto-Vegana Kafejo actively promotes the Esperanto language. Don 't worry if you don 't speak a word of it: the menu is in three languages (Esperanto, Japanese and English). The tables have big cheat sheets on them to learn some simple words in Esperanto while you eat. If you 're not interested in Esperanto, you can simply ignore it all. The restaurant doesn 't force this on the customers in any way. When we visited, the menu offered two main options: plate of the day or chickpea curry. Also, there are many side dishes. Since we were there with a group, we ordered some of everything. The vegan spring rolls totally differ from what Chinese restaurants serve: at SOJO they have a crunchy outer layer. The dumpling were just fine. The chickpea curry was rich, tasty, slightly spicy and huge! Never before had I such a large bowl of curry. Hours later I still felt full! The curry came with rice, a small salad and pumpkin soup. All very nice. Considering the low price (800 yen) I think this is excellent value for money. It is this low price that ultimately made me decide to reward SOHO Kafejo with 5 stars. The plate of the day was even bigger, with a richer salad and some slices of gluten. It had the same rice and pumpkin soup as the curry plate. Again: great value for money. If you want a big, filling meal for little money, SOJO Esperanto-Vegana Kafejo is the place to go. And they don 't only improve the world by being vegan, as an extra bonus they unite the world as well by promoting Esperanto."

"Finally found a place where I felt like I was eating authentic Japanese food. The lady didn't speak much English but I knew some Japanese so it was fine to communicate. She even prepares miso soup without dashi which is a rare find! I am very happy that I went to this place. It was better than seeking an option that simply served western foods. Highly recommend for those wanting an array of foods to eat for a cheap price."

"This is literally half a block from Meu Nota, so close that in fact I suspected that this was a different name for the same place when I looked at the maps, especially when I saw this one had no reviews. Live music venue, so check the website ahead of time if you're planning on dropping in, as I did they were at capacity, so I was turned away. With very little to no English they were still very lovely about it though, so I wish I were here for a day longer so I could actually try the food! Out of fairness (and the food I could glimpse, and smell, from other people eating) and due to their friendly attitude, I'm going to give them 4 happy cows here."

"Tasty (vegetarian) tacos, burrito’s and similar dishes. The chicken empanadas were my fave. They also have gluten free and vegan options. Would go again."

"As management consultant, I often take customers to lunch. as a vegan in tokio I have a lot more annoyed with it. really not easy, and the Marunouchi area is one of the hardest against in tokio to arrange this circle. my only option was the palace hotel restaurant wadakura, where I can get vegan tempura (really excellent, btw) when I call. this place en serves a vegetarian lunch meeting the place. If you look at the price, you could expect it anyway, but you never know until you try. this upscale restaurant with an elegant, intimate atmosphere, spacious interior, spacious tables, comfortable seating and impeccable service. they aim clearly and blatantly to do well, healthier-prone housewives crowd who have no care in the world, except to spend money. they make up 75% of the males at the same time and the menu accordingly offers a vegetarian lunch at 3,400 yen (first option in the menu) and a health dinner at 3,800 for those who can not do without animal corpses. more expensive options available. the vegetarian lunch is really a vegan lunch and it was excellent. Consists of six or seven curses, each of them is worth to appreciate for and. the carrot cake was exalted, the mabo dofu was one of the best I ever had (they used fake meat that was inconspicuous from the animal meat variant), the sweet tofu with sweet bean desserts an always finale. highly recommended. only one thing: they need at least 90 minutes to make it through all seven dishes, so that this cannot work for everyone. Note the four stars instead of five stars simply because happy cow does not allow 5 stars for restaurants that are not 100% veg. I can't say I agree with this policy, but you have it."
