"Ate at SD Dec 16th eve and was a little disappointed because the ribs were somewhat dry . Have always had excellent ribs at the Wicker Park location. Excellent service. I think the key lime ' pie ' is a misnomer it 's really more like cheese cake ."

"Whoever was working at the far back room/bar today (that was literally empty) was miserable to the point of making our group uncomfortable. Our group of 7 went with the intention of ordering food and hanging out for a while, but left after ordering a single drink. Having worked in the service industry before and understanding the stress and how absolutely awful some patrons can be, it takes a pretty terrible experience for me to post something like this. Corcoran’s has been an old favorite of mine for over a decade and half my group were first timers so this was beyond disappointing. Fortunately, Roots turned out to be a fantastic alternative."

"I used to love this place but man did the customer service tank. They sat us pretty quick but it took them awhile before they took our orders. They should be going around refilling waters especially if half of the place left. They didn’t refill my water until I was finished with my dish. The beef brisket and rice were cooked properly and were good. The vegetables were too chewy like they were kind of old. The Singapore noodles were perfect."
