"I had the Texas Beef Brisket platter. The brisket was tender and had that great smoked flavor. I'm not a sauce person, so I was very impressed that the sauce was on the side.That way I was able to control how much sauce I needed.The sides were also very tasty. "Eating was amazing with great staff. we have the combination pack with pulled chicken and 4 wings with a side of bon and mac n cheese. the owner came by and saw us, spoke to us and said: that does not seem enough, let me give you more wings, free he brought us 6 wings and they were all tender and tasty. we always want to go there when we visit chattanooga, not for the wings, but all try there."
