"We ordered fish and chips and I had steak pee and ale. on the offer of fish batteries was perfect the chips are nicely cooked. mushy puppies are nice. tartar sauce was beautiful and herby and the wedge of the lemon was so good the amount of juice that came out of it was good. my steak and ale cake was simply beautiful the crust of the cake is perfectly cooked its so great size cake for the offer the chips are beautiful and they get enough gravy to cover. I enjoyed it very much. for the offer it is good value and the standard of food is good quality."

"This restaurant or hotel reminds me of a 70 's scene or if your from Swansea and you 're old enough the foyer of the Odeon on the Kingsway. The food quality is okay but doesn 't warrant the usual hefty price tag especially when their portion of chips resembles the size of a quarter of boiled sweets from the market. We asked for more however they said that was the portion size and for the price of a steak and chips (16.99) ...I just thought this was a bit mean so thank the lord my mate had the 50% off main meals as I wouldn 't have paid that price so I certainly will not be going back unless I have 40/50% vouchers. Also my partner had the vegetable lasagna with garlic bread which had no garlic on it so tasted as bland as a piece of toast with no butter. All in all a very dull experience. Parking: Unless you got some change don 't bother trying to phone the parking company as after five minutes you get fed up with shouting your reg plate number down the phone and getting nowhere."
