Detailed breakdown below: Service, 5/5 We had a friend in our group who was able to order everything in Mandarin for us, so there wasn't much interaction with the staff, but the food items all came out pretty quickly. Decor cleanliness, 5/5 Decor looks traditional and staff wore masks. Everything appeared clean. My only drawback about the layout is that the bench seating against the wall is really low, so the table height is too high, especially if you're shorter like me. If you're a short person, snatch a standalone chair instead of the bench LOL Price portion, 4/5 Prices were comparable to AYCE, so it was a bit pricey, but all the ingredients were fresh and high quality. Taste of the food, 5/5 We got the clean, tomato, and spicy broths, and all were really delicious. The spicy schezuan broth had a ton of peppercorns that made the broth a bit too strong, but all the veggies and different broths helped balance it out. The fish roe balls, extreme beef, and shrimp paste were all outstanding. And the sliced rice cakes were also excellent! Overall, I thought it was an excellent dinner and I love the customizability of hot pot, even when you're in a group. Other notes You can make a reservation ahead of time and there are outdoor seats available."
