"Horrible horrible service. I waited in like for 20 minutes for 4 breakfast burritos and a Cinnabon delights. Got the order and it had 5 burritos no delights. They didn't have the sausage nor the vanilla (I wanted a Cinnabon coffee). I went inside to get the order straight and they went through and opened each burrito to look at it. At that point I really didn't want to eat cold burritos that had been opened and man handled. Asked for m money back as did two other customers inside the restaurant. Two other cars in the drive thru left as well."

"Waiting in the line on Drive-Thru for more than 10 minutes and NO ONE came to the speaker OR the window to take our order. It was 7:00 so they were not closed. Ice was still on the machine and the slurry machine was on. Idk, if something happens inside or what. I didn't see anything in the news, so IDK, what the problem was. will not go back"
