"When we arrived to check in, neither hostess that we talked to (nor our waiter) seemed to even know what Open Table was. We had to ask for silverware and a soup spoon. After we were seated, our soup and entrees were served within seconds of each other. The server that delivered the entree hit my husband's soup spoon and soup went into his lap. Our waiter was M.I.A for much of the time. Food was OK, but we will not return. We were very disappointed in the service and dining experience."

"I made reservations thru OpenTable to watch the Super Bowl at BWW's Dublin, CA. Reservation accepted, confirmed, all ok. Wrong, showed up at BWW's and was told they don't take reservations on game day, no tables available. I was traveling for work and miles from home, found a table a a BJ's Brewhouse to watch the game. Something is broken between OpenTable and BWW's reservation system."
