"We waited ten minutes at the front of the restaurant while every server looked at us and kept on with their business. Finally one of them walks over and tells us that the wait is 20 minutes due to being short staffed. Understandable as that happens but at least someone could greet us a d let us know that before we waited around ten minutes a d everyone saw us standing there."

"Party of 3. The food was old and our drinks were wrong. I have expressed our concerns about our waiter and she has literally disregarded her. I asked her if our drinks were the same thing she told me. Then I told her not to be the same color, and she said to me “yes good...” and left her on it. Now the superior was patient and tried to do what she could help."

"I have been to Rock Bottom in Chicago and it was amazing. So I decided to take my boyfriend here for his birthday. While the wait staff was nice, the service was awful. We sat for 15 minutes before anyone took our drink order, another 20 minutes before our appetizer was brought, they forgot our salads until after we finished our meals. Never came back to see if we wanted more drinks until we were finished with our meals, and then did not even have a pen to sign the bill. I signed my credit card receipt in crayon. We were there for over 3 hours for a two person meal. It was also extremely loud, which made it difficult to hear one another. While we had a great time enjoying each others company I was very disappointed in the fact that I spent over $100 on two meals and drinks and had such deplorable service. Probably will never go back to this location."

"With a reservation, we waited >30 minutes for our table. Another 20 minutes for the waitress to take our orders. Food took over an hour to start arriving, and when it did, they would bring out one persons entree, another’s drink, and someone else’s side. Cold fries, missing sauces, no carrots/celery. Everything slow, wrong, missing. When we asked the waitress to fix something or go back for something, she would say, “ We’ll that’s gonna take forever.” Not cool!"
