"We walked in around 11:15am when they opened and the server said it was gonna take about 10 minutes to sit us. There were literally two tables in the entire restaurant. I asked if we could seat ourselves and she said no because she had to sit us. All I can say the service has definitely gone down."

"Placed an online order through the app and to no fault of the restaurant the order was mishandled/lost whatever you want to call it by the driver they was assigned through door dash, contacted DoorDash twice about getting a re order because it never showed up, DoorDash essentially said they had nothing to do with it and to contact the manager for some reason, called and spoke to Michael who was extremely patient and understanding through the whole process as he had been on and off the phone with DoorDash behind the scenes as well, after our conversation I went to go back inside of my workplace to find the order had been placed on the back side of the building where no one who is not an employee is supposed to be anyway, and despite the specific instructions I put on the order as to where to bring the order so I could meet the driver when they arrive. I called back and spoke to the manager (Michael) keep in mind at this point it is well past closing time, called to let him know my order had been found and that it was a mess up on the drivers end and that the store did not need to worry about this anymore if they were and to thank him for his help and understanding, even with my order being found and all issues being resolved Michael still was very understanding and offered to have the order re made for free when they are open again, wonderful service by the manager and restaurant as a whole as none of this is their fault, will definitely be ordering again!"

"Super bad service both from waitress, and host, we made reservations and they claimed they didn’t take reservations even though we have made them before and the manager sat us right away despite being busy but this time the two clearly inexperienced girls made us wait 45 mins before seating us even tho we had reservations that were made almost 3 hours ahead of time. Totally unacceptable customer service. I’ve worked in the restaurant business and I know the expectations of what it should be like and this was such a mess from getting seated to our waitress who had no smile on her face at all during our visit. Food was good tho, can’t complain on that."

"The girl at the front desk was so polite. She was fast and courteous. And she was very friendly. Even the bartender got to me fast I was so happy with my service. They even gave me a free drink because it was hot out that day. I will be coming back."

"Although the location was good and the server Mariah was excellent the wings here were very disappointing. It is called Buffalo wild wings and yet the wings failed miserably. They were overcooked and very small. I didn't think you could buy them that small. When you're paying a premium price for wings you should be able to get decent sized wings. We also had the potato wedges which were great. I think it's sad that a place that has the name wings in it failed so miserably on their wings."
