"I have never felt more like a burden and unwanted as a customer as I did during this dining experience. Not only was the waitress unwilling to check what oil they fry and as I have a soy allergy that I listed in the reservation. I was also told that it would be “a hassle” to find a manager that wasn’t doing “business stuff” and that she wasn’t able to communicate with kitchen staff because they don’t speak English. Drinks were brought out incorrectly (we ordered double talls and they came in rocks glasses) and her response was “ well I put them in right, I don’t know what the bar did wrong” and generally treated as if we were an annoyance. It was not a busy day, they were only four other tables sat in the entire restaurant. It was unfathomable. The staff we interacted with at the hosting table was wonderful, quick with banter and made us feel very comfortable. I don’t know if the server was just having a really horrible day, but it was inexcusable to treat a person as if they are a burden."
