"The first time at this place and we really like it! the breakfast is very nice and the sarg is very good. the coworkers are super friendly and very friendly, we bring our little baby boy and we have no problem at all to have him there, the atmosfere and the music are very peaceful. I recommend this place in any case and look forward to the return and try the next one on the menu. We also bring home some made cookies and maple bacon muffins."

"Located in the lobby area of an historic building converted into retail and office space, it is a convenient spot for those who work downtown, but is worth coming downtown to visit. They serve homemade soups, deli sandwiches, salads, paninis, and baked goods, including a good number of gluten free items. Many of their sandwiches can be ordered on gluten free bread. My order was the chicken and Brie panini, served with red pepper jelly on a whole wheat panini, with a side roasted beet salad, with feta cheese, pumpkin seeds, and arugula, with a lemon vinaigrette. Both sandwich and salad were very good; the sandwich had hand pulled roast chicken, a generous amount of Brie, and a mild red pepper jelly, that added a nice sweet and savoury element. The sandwich was pressed and it was crisp, but not really fully toasted, and lacked the grill marks of a restaurant panini press. However, the Brie was perfectly melted, and made the sandwich filing rich and creamy. If that was the trade off for a slightly under toasted bun, I'll take it. The salad was also very good. The arugula was crisp and fresh, there was just the right amount of feta to add its distinctive flavour, the pumpkin seeds gave a nice textural element, and the beets were okay. I really like beets, so it was okay, but despite being billed as roasted beets, they seemed a little bland, more like boiled; lacking the sweetness associated with roasted beets. Both sandwich and salad were a bit under-seasoned, but better under than over, and a bit of S&P at the table solved that - season to taste. Overall this was a really enjoyable lunch. Two pretty nit-picky issues didn't really detract from it being a satisfying meal. Their prices are okay, a bit pricey, but the portions were decent, and the quality was obvious."
