"Been there on a family trip. Some tables were occupied but it was not busy. Already the waitress was more than stressed and unfriendly: "You have to wait for the menus. They are all in use" - (with half the tables empty). Orders were taken in a haste and when asked if we could have a second plate for the children to share their food we were told to remind her later as she can't manage to remember by the time food will be served. We soon discovered why: it took 40mins to serve sausages with chips. The other dishes were either dropped on our table while running past the table or we were asked to lend a hand. Had an empty drink after 20mins but wasn't asked if I wanted more. Based on the grumpy and annoyed responses the other tables got wedidn't bother toask for both the second plate or any other drinks. All in all we spend 90mins with poor service and food of average quality and presentation. In the end we didn't leave any tip - that is reserved for good and friendly service and good food, neither was available."
