"Our family enjoyed the outdoor seating and the waiters did a great job of quickly pushing other tables in when it was raining out of the blue. We were under an umbrella and a big tree and didn't have to move and the rain stopped quickly. Our teenage kids weren't in many nice restaurants and they loved the creative starters, especially the homemade croutons on the Caesar salad, delicious! We all had very good meals and were too full for dessert, which is unfortunate because I have eaten the chocolate bread pudding with baileys before and it is divine! There are so many tasty options and we enjoyed the scallops as well as the duck, key lime chicken and the flank. You can't go wrong!"

"Having been to the Tap Room in the past I was excited to go again however this visit did not live up to our expecations at all. Arrived a few minutes before our 12:45 brunch reservation. Had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. Lobby area was very crowded with people leaving the hotel. Loud and no seating. Restauratn seemed chaotic and we noticed a lot of tables vacatated but not cleared. Finally we were seated and told we could proceed to the buffet or wait for a server to take our drink orders. We got our food and still waited for server. Finally my husband spotted a pitcher of water at the server's stationand at least poured us some water. When server did finally come I requersted coffee which i got rather quickly but it was cold. He came round again with a refill of coffee and still cold. Finally thrid refill =before we were ready to leave was hot. Food was very good but not great and overall ambience of the tap room was noisy and chaotic not at all the elegant classy atmosphere we had experienced in the past"

"I was not impressed by the food. The bread was good. But the food was lacking in my opinion. We had the shrimp ceviche, which in the description said cilantro dip . It was oil and cilantro drenched shrimp that looked like black tar. The main dishes we had were the crab cakes and ribs. My husband said the ribs were fine but the crab cakes had a store bought taste to them. The place looks nice, the bathroom was clean and the cocktails were good. So if we do go back, we will stick to drinks and maybe something foolproof like pretzels."

"Best gluten free pizza I have had in years. Our waiter was a little slow to start, but the food ended up coming out quicker than the amount of time we sat and waited to order. If it was not for the slow start (we waited a good 15-20 min to order and that is a long time to wait with a toddler), I would have no complaints! My family also said their pizza was delicious! We will definitely be back!"
