"So the crepes here are fantastic. Love em. But they need to hire better staff. On a Friday night (tonight) for 35 minutes starting shortly after 7 pm, both people on staff took a break at the same time, just leaving out a small sign saying “On break.” I really wanted a crepe, so I waited. But while I waited, at least 5 groups of people came, waited a short time, and left. I can’t imagine how much business the owner is losing by allowing (perhaps unknowingly) staff to take their breaks simultaneously. But that’s a ridiculous amount of time to not have anyone at the counter while customers are waiting and leaving. I’ll still come back because I love their crepes, but I wouldn’t always be willing to wait that long."
