"First time there, best table preorder.Tolles ambiente, very cozy.The service was flott and friendly. At the beginning we ordered an aperitif, very tasty, fruity and alcoholic.After that we ordered a bark meats, hot, tasty, great insert. "The salat stood within 2 min., eating within 5 min!. to the service, the one can bring cutlery, the other only drinks and the third talking and cassing, coming to ask it is difficult....Durishing was that smoked in the front area, despite many children at the side tables.Essen is edible and inexpensive o.k."

"Last night I was eating with my husband for our wedding day. It was just wonderful. The table was breathtakingly covered! Candles, roses, etc. There was a small salad appetizer and as the main course my husband and I have given us the fish plate. Fabulous! However, the portion was enormous and we could almost roll home. Three different varieties of fish, cod, redfish and Alaska sea salmon as we were told. Crabs and Matjes were there, of course. We drank red wine and celebrated our wedding day in a very cozy atmosphere in a local. The service was extremely friendly and competent! We felt very welcome. I can only recommend this local. "We were in the Kuhlinaria for the second time today and again everything was good. The Schnitzel (Holstein and Mediterranean) were super tasty and the supplements (Kuhlinaria Pommes and Bratkartoffeln) grandios. The service was attentive and friendly! Very recommended!"

"We were invited for lunch by regular diners of this place, who claimed that the restaurant has the best fish dishes in town. Their claim was not far from truth. I truly enjoyed my choice which was Schollen filets stuffed with smoked salmon and north sea shrimps. The Schollen was fresh and tasty. I didn't even need any salt, pepper or sauce to have it with. The portion size was generous two big filets, one big slice of smoked salmon, a spoonful of shrimps , accompanied by long grain wild rice (or you can ask for fried potatoes the german way or French fries and dill sauce. The dish is certainly value for money (16€ . Services were excellent fast, friendly, efficient. The interior is cosy and airy. Next to the restaurant is a fish shop where it certainly smells fishy but the restaurant does not have such a smell which is a plus side. I can certainly recommend this restaurant to visitors of Cuxhaven if they want to enjoy real fresh fish dishes. The menu for fish choices is large including salmon, cod, Rotbarsch, Limandes, Seelachs, Zander (sorry, I don't know English names of some of these fish . There also serve à la carte breakfast at reasonable prices between 4 6€ (higher for the choices with shrimps or multiple selection which includes rolls, butter, jam, smoked salmon, boiled egg, cheeses, scrambled eggs, North Sea shrimps, coffee or tea. I will certainly go back there."

"Whenever we are in cuxhaven, we also eat in cauliflowers. we have never fallen, the fish is well fried (not always free of bones) the supplements in the regular. a total of a hearty kitchen, fried is in the restaurant, all a little old style. Unfortunately, the drinks prices are even more deficient. 0,3 pils 3,80; 0.4 far over 4,-. the fun stops, and at the last visit the astra schal ran out of the hahn."
