"Breakfast in Darlinghurst is a difficult decision, with so many choices available. We wandered around and found Darlinghurst sitting on a sunny corner beckoning us. We just had to go in. We started with our usual coffee's and soaked up the morning sun streaming in through the ornate windows. It was very relaxing and everything seemed to just feel calm and relaxed. We also used the time to study the menu and make our choices. The coffee was good too with plenty of people simply dropping by to grab a take away brew."

"Newly renovated restaurant. Much smaller condensed menu compared to the previous Samurai Restaurant here. The standout dish was the Fried chicken. Not so good the Chicken yakitori soggy with sauce and no charcoal grill flavour at all. Sushi platter was pretty average. The Squid legs tempura was tasty but rubbery. The chicken udon noodles was also good but nothing special. Staff were very friendly food service with a smile. Just order the fried Chicken and some sake."

"We went there with my boss and colleagues. First we were asked to wait for 10 minutes although they had tables available (5 empty tables around us). Then it was very long wait for the drinks(20 min). Finally when actual pizza came it was almost cold and tasteless. So i guess MAD pizza is ideal name for this restaurant because we were pretty mad."

"Amazing food and the best service. The waiters are so attentive and the food is probably the best Vietnamese I've had and I've been to Vietnam. Very authentic with a twist. I would definitely come back here!"

"Let's be clear about one thing. This is definitely not and English style curry and they should stop branding it as such. Whilst the food in general is nice it is not great especially for the price. Overall a pleasurable enough meal but we would simply not return as there are many more similar types of curry houses offering exactly the same food and more reasonably priced. I mean up to 50% extra is a joke, really 50%."

"After a couple weeks of trying to find it's place in the local cafe scene, Philosophy is definitely hitting the mark. Great price ($3.30) for a standard coffee, and for the best coffee on the street, that's not bad. Back here frequently for lunch and the delicious burger options."

-Specific ingredients are not listed for any item, staff is fine but asking about every item was such a pain<br>
-Salads were not explained well. Most went uneaten.<br>
-SIX dollars for any sauce, which turns out is a bit of sauce in a gravy bowl <br>
-the six dollar mushroom sauce is chopped button mushrooms, stock gravy and apparently about 8 cloves of garlic. <br>
-just honestly, not very good food. I've had good Balkan food and this is not it. Sorry!"

"Absolutely loved the authenticity and the staff at this little hidden izakaya!! This is probably the most authentic izakaya I’ve been to in Sydney. The staff are very friendly and very welcoming. The food are quite pricey for the portions, but it’s the experience and vibes you’re here for mainly not the food. I recommend the tempura okra, tempura eel and the tamagoyaki. The tamagoyaki was so fluffy with the right amount of sweetness would’ve definitely ordered seconds if my stomach able to fit it!"
