"Finding vegan food outside the big cities is a challenge in France. I would have starved in this small town in the middle of the mountains, there was only fündu and raclette and the famous celebrity from the opposite not even vegan salad, where I should be found until I stumbled on this tiny take-away restaurant near the super market. the word: vegan options lured me in an oh boy, I came back every day during my stay there. what they can offer are: warm vegan sweet soup with tasty crooks. a vegan herbal wrap a vegan protein rich salad I highly recommend. it doesn't sound like much, but if they're a stranded vegan, it saves her life! the owner (stéphanie) is beautiful and knows the fight of food allergies! She knew vegetarianism and veganism and asked me many questions what they could change or offer to make vegan happy. she was very close and takes her business and the luck of the costumer very seriously. everything is homemade and local. there are also gluten-free options! P.S.: if they are there, try one of their organic juices! you will not regret it."
