"A bad experience at first. This place started as a disappointment to the burnt pizzas. Last night it happened again. I was very upset. I called and spoke to Maria the manager. She was very nice. I explained what happened she offered to remake the order. I accepted. Maria also said she would have it delivered no matter the distance. I went back to pick as I was still furious. Maria was there with my order checked it in front of me. She apologized profusely and offered a credit for next time. I didn’t care. She addressed that new owners took over and the team was coming together. She stated the owners were working with the staff to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I told her no matter what happens I wouldn’t be coming back. After calming down and getting home my wife told me they did change owners. I really thought I was being lied to just to keep my business. Maria and the new owners is why I will give them another chance. When the pizza isn’t burnt it’s exceptionally delicious."
