"The restaurant is stranded in the middle of nowhere but it's definitely worth the trip. Very good meat (they raise the bisons themselves) cooked perfectly. I especially recommend cured sausages, they are awesome! Only negative point in the visit Is the fact we were asked to book very very early but I suppose it's how it Is in Switzerland."

"We stayed overnight in the Cheval Blanc to eat here. Due to the COVID, the restaurant was only open to those who stayed. My dinner was delicious like the beer that was very welcome after a long day hike!"
