"Si vous aimez les coeurs de canard, n'en prenez pas vous pourriez bien être aussi déçu que moi. Leur goût insipide et la petitesse de leur taille me laissent penser qu'il ne s'agissait pas de coeur de canard. En dessert, je me suis laissé tenter par une part de tarte au citron meringuée maison. Si je ne doute pas du "fait maison", la molesse de la pate et le manque de saveur de la meringue me persuadent que le "fait maison" n'est pas "fait du jour". Bref, j'ai été particulièrement déçu !Par contre si vous prenez une salade et un fondant au chocolat qui n'est lui pas fait maison, vous devriez être moins déçu. Je pense que la qualité des plats servis est très variable. Côté service, le sourire est au rendez-vous."

"When we were over in the Gers this July, we visited Le Progres a couple of times. The first visit we had confit de canard a mixed grill, followed by the Gers dessert special Crustade (filo pastry with cooked apple a dash (or 2 ! of Armagnac . This meal was very good. The second visit was not up to the usual standard. They had a BBQ in the kitchen both of our main courses were very over cooked (we ask for the medium or rare au point, sangant . The Crustade dessert was as good as ever, enhanced by the boule of caramel ice cream !"
