"I have had positive experiences during my previous visits to this restaurant, until the present moment. We made a request to our waiter and several other employees for an additional side of bananas, and were informed that it was forthcoming. However, this request was not fulfilled and we waited for more than 40 minutes, without exaggeration. As a result, we had to leave without receiving the side. Given the prices charged by this restaurant, it is unacceptable to receive such poor service and to be provided with false information regarding the arrival of our order, especially when it takes more than 40 minutes to fulfill a simple request for a side item."
