"The staff was very unprofessional and would not help customers if our order was on, they threw it on the counter where the food almost completely fell out of the tray. It took about 5 minutes to ask someone what we wanted to order."

"There are lots of restaurants in Reno. Pearl Oyster Bar used to be my wife and my favorite. Over the last year, the service, quality of food and value has decreased to a point where we probably will not be going back. Our favorite has always been the Combination Louie, which always had different lettuce varieties (romaine, etc), lots of eggs, a crab claw, a couple of giant shrimp among other things. This last time, it was bay shrimp only, no claws, a small portion of crab, half an egg, and salad mix from a bag. Price went up for far less. Service was poor, with the server not understanding a couple of things that were ordered and he literally faked writing something (I could see his pad). Of course, the item never showed up."

"Looked up Archie's on yelp and read they had the best breakfast in reno. A little skeptic I thought I would give it a try. Got the biscuits and gravy with the savory biscuit. Probably the best, fluffy tasting biscuit I have had. Gravy had chunks of sausage. Pancakes were nice and fluffy. All around great breakfast out of the main reno area. Parking lot is a little small and I missed the driveway the first time driving by. It was packed but there is a guy in the lot directing people where to park and make sure it was for Archie customers only."

"Enjoyed every part of this restaurant from start to finish. Greeted warmly upon entering, and not too busy for a Thursday at lunch.Seated promptly out on the patio, which overlooks the golf course and amazing mountain range.Server was kind and attentive. Food came out in order (app then main), hot and ready to go.The hummus with flatbread was OK, I was hoping for a bit more of the lemon to make its presence felt. A solid starter, good for 2 people to share.I ordered the Pastrami Reuben and it was lovely! Great flavor to the pastrami, awesome marble rye bread, very nicely put together.The side salad had a white vinaigrette that is absolutely AWESOME! When I go back, that will be a feature of my salads every time.Very pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere, and I will certainly return many times for lunch or dinner.Golfers who play here, make sure you stop in after your round!"

"We had reservations booked for a party of 8 , however 6 of the 8 were about an hour late due to a flat tire. The staff was very understanding and assured us that we had our table booked for the evening. Once the rest of the party arrived we had a fussy, jet lagged baby. The staff was so darn kind to all of us! It was not our night to say the least, but because of their kindness it made a world of difference for my family and I to enjoy ourselves. 4 of the 8 of us are locals, but this was our first time ever eating at La Famiglia. Not only will the 4 of us locals be back, the other 4 out of state relatives requested to come back as well when they're back in town.The food was nothing short of AMAZING! We had the Buratta and Calamari for appetizers and I had the lasagna as my entrée. The portion sizea are plentiful and delicious! I also highly recommend the blueberry martini.La Famiglia, I hope you see this review. Please know that my family and I are all so grateful for your kindness. You helped to make our final night with our out of town family more enjoyable.From our famiglia to yours. Thank you!!!"
