"We have chosen this restaurant, as it is in the gourmet passport. A lot of waiting, but we heard the person in charge of the room apologize to the other tables, there were staff on sick leave, it can happen, and the home fact asks for the time in the hall the salad of apples and wet was correct although a little too vinegarious to our taste. I made a note to the waiter and the person who took our cash. we probably should have refused it, but it's not in our habits. a careful chef wouldn't have had to send him to the room to serve her to the guests. In short, we will not go back to our next stay in St."
