"Gibon is by far the best patisserie in St Vaast. Wherever Im staying I will pass over patisseries to get my pastries from Gibon. The almond croissants are the freshest i've ever tasted. The service is friendly too."

"Nous eu l'immense plaisir de connaître ce restaurant installé dans cette monumentale verrière.Tout a été parfait; l'accueil, le service, les produits proposés et le dressage des assiettes.Nous étions avec nos petits enfants et il leur a été proposé des menus..... tenez vous bien ... à 11 € pour entrée, plat, dessert ET boisson ( le tout de qualité) tout a fait incroyable.sans aucun doute nous y retournerons"
