"Been here thrice already. The place was used to shield with their curtains and diners would not be seen from the outside. But now, windows are now clear and can be seen from tiangge stores outside. The feel of the store has changed since the last time I went here. The quality of meat is not that special than what they had before. Still the rolls, veg soup, side salad and ice cream or coffee for dessert is still free and included in any housesteak orders. Service is a bit slow even on non-heavy dining time as early as 4pm."

"This place is near our house and I have always loved their cozy interior as well as the various meals and desserts that they serve. However, last Saturday, I visited them with just one plan in mind -- to try their Unicorn drink. <br>

Two flavors were available -- Strawberry and Taro. I ordered the Taro one in medium size and the presentation was quite good. It was so colorful and swirly and kids will surely love it. However, it looked really really sweet and staring at it already gave me a sugar rush (hahaha). I was expecting to taste only sugar and calories on my first sip but I was quite surprised because it was actually good! The pearls were yummy and you could still taste the taro despite everything that's happening in the drink."

"The taste is not consistent among the branches. Some branch taste good, some yuck! I personally like Wilson branch. Wilson soup taste okay then other branch. So Wilson is okay."

"Zomato, facebook and google all say that the closing time of this restaurant is about 10 o'clock. but today they closed at 9 o'clock. I have eaten here since 2018 and they have never closed this early and that's strange because all the other restaurants in the promenade mall were open. I went all the way to the shopping center because I look forward to eating here. I asked for a statement of the staff, but they were cold. tony (I guess their manager) just said they were closed. no explanation. Does the owner of little italy know that her personal goes back earlier than usual? they should monitor them."

"A very interesting mix. If it tastes good, it's great. If it doesn't, it will disappoint to the max. <br>

They know how Japanese restaurants seem to "specialize". Something. In sushi, others in iron or teppan, others in ramen, etc.? Well, that's a combination of all three. <br>

A quick look at the menu shows that they are more on the teppan than the others. More choice of teppan. <br>

For this trip we ordered ramen for the kid which was excellent. The soup broth tasted like it was actually made from boiled bone, and the butter helped a lot. <br>

We tried the foie gras makimono sushi and unfortunately I tried strawberry - and nothing else. I'm sure the foie gras is there somewhere. <br>

If I try the scallops I can tell they were well cooked but each scallop was too small. Scallops like these are meant to be eaten in bulk, not individually in the shell. <br>

The okonomiyaki tasted good but had more batter than ingredients. I prefer my okonoiyaki with more vegetable crunch than dough like pancakes. <br>

I would have given a higher score, because no matter what I liked the food - except for the disaster of a pork katsudon. The rice was good, but the pork itself was obviously heated hastily from the freezer and felt more rubbery than the skin of a Godzilla stuntman suit. Seriously, my masseter muscle had quite a bit of training! <br>

The saving grace was the seared, spicy tuna. I love it but can't bring myself to muster the energy to describe it further. Chewing the pork chop drained me."

"I met my mom for dinner and the best choice I can think of at that moment was here. My mom says she's been eating pinoy for a week and somehow feels like eating something else. But to save ourselves the hassle of walking around and making up our minds, we went here. <br>

So I ordered their house salad as my mom loves it. And 3 plates each. Such strong portions. Beef salpicao is delicious, salmon is good too. And most of all, my mother enjoyed her share of the plate. Chatting and eating outside it was a perfect evening for both of us. We enjoyed every plate and the value for money is well worth it."

"If you've lived as long as I have in manila the capital city of fried food and rice you will appreciate a place like salad stop. Creating a bowl of fresh salad with so many options is quite rare in this city where carbs and fats rule the plates. <br>
I just love eating here. Their soups are also amazing. It's no wonder they are starting to pop out in so many new locations."
