"I spent three nights at the hotel and ate in the restaurant every night. I chose the hotel based on the reviews of the restaurant and the availability of a spa. The restaurant has plenty of potential, but only sporadic lives up to its...accolades. The first evening with my son was a pleasure in many ways. His pumpkin Ravioli with truffle was light and tasteful. We have a little laugh that there was a mix with the appetizers, and they brought 2 portions of Ravioli instead of the godfather I ordered, but this was quickly corrected. My godfather was good, but the brioche was a little oily to say. For the second course, my son had a classic carving that was perfectly executed. I ordered the scallops that were the perfect texture, but slightly oversaled to my taste. On the second evening I ored the deer with figs. The sauce was delicately flavored and went perfectly with the Château Neuf de Pape wine. In my opinion, the deer was somewhat overcooked, giving it a living taste, but that was compensated by the beautiful accompaniments. The third night was a little Fiasco. The staff could not find my open bottle of wine, and the Amuse Bouche came while they randomly open bottles and ask me if they were mine. They found my wine in time for the appetizers. I ordered the pumpkin ravioli that had already been so charming. Today it had a completely different color and zero taste. I tried to salt it to add some depth, but to no incident. I wonder about the inconsistency between the two versions... maybe another cook on Wed for Sat night? The salad came and was perfectly dressed. I took two bites when the main course appeared. I was surprised and told the staff that I found this to be very eager. They told me that the kitchen was closed at 9:00, so everything went so fast. I find this a bad excuse for a so well-recommended restaurant with so many accolades. Now I'm sitting here waiting for the bill for 15 minutes after I was torn through my meal... Finally, the restaurant can deliver fine results, but must work to refine its processes as it claims."

"We were four for dinner with our holiday-knowns spontaneously in the Weinstein. Even if you enter the restaurant, you will notice the great furniture and the whole atmosphere very positive. We had a table on the open hall. The host welcomed us very nicely and gave our question a very competent wine recommendation. The small map shows the quality and freshness of the food. The food was very delicious and well matched. The wine recommendation was also sensational. In the evening we had short, very pleasant conversations with the host. You know he's a gastronomy with body and soul. We had a wonderful evening and can really recommend the wine stone."

"The Weinstube Renker first falls through the beautiful outdoor area on the city wall, which is visited by guests. Inside then tuned decoration, fresh tulips on each table, paintings of tulips on the wall. Cosy, but still not overloaded or cheesy. The service is professional, determined and friendly, a charity. The wine map contains a number of bath wines, also from the Lake Constance, but also the friends of Mediterranean drops are at their expense. The price situation is on average for Überlinger conditions. For dinner we only had roast potatoes (since with fried egg) and a side salad. The latter was definitv fresh, well made, visually appealing, with a very tasty handmade salad sauce. The roast potatoes were just perfect. This is a rare experience. Not muddy, not flooded, slightly brown at edges and crusty."
