"The restaurant in Hotel Princess is of very high quality. It is modern, very tastefully decorated in warm greys and lime green, and the food is excellent. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and, for those who might be a little nervous that their...French isn't brilliant, the owners speak English and they have translated their menu which makes the dining experience a little easier. People may not always imagine that a hotel restaurant will offer such good food, but in this instance, I would recommend they give it a try it will not disappoint!"

"Our hotel recommended this restaurant and we were glad that they did as we would never have found it otherwise. It has superb views from its terrace over the mountains and of the Church in Vernet les Bains. It is unusual as you go past the kitchen...on the way in. The menu is extensive and unusual quite a few dishes involve cooking on your own hot stones. This was initially rather daunting but actually worked brilliantly and was very tasty. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming and were happy to accommodate us when we returned the following day for a lighter meal. Really good experiences and happy memories of our visit to this small, mountain town."
