"It’s a treat for the southside for another restaurant that is different from the rest! TBT is in the campus of the UC. Easy to find with plenty parking spots. Jazzmine greeted us with her cheery and welcoming persona! The atmosphere is nice and warm, clean and simple. The food turned out very good! We started with a glass of their Maconnais Chardonnay, nice and crisp. Shared a crab gratin which we expected it to be served as an appetizer but came out with my main course of mussels and my husband’s fish and chips came out 10 minutes after. I suggested to our server that an extra bowl for the shells would be appropriate. The mussels were served lukewarm but the flavors were really good so I let it pass. I’ll come back for breakfast and maybe lunch."

"Café robey is the hip ground floor restaurant of the new(ish) Hotel Robey, housed in a vintage bank building right at the center of Bucktown. Sharing menu had us try the scallops (nicely down), the salmon (ditto) and the steak (a bit tough). No surprise the cocktails and spirit menu was extensive. Lots of millenials around but two couples could converse comfortably throughout dinner. Special shout out to Ashley a thoughtful and gracious server. We'd go back just for her."

"Sat for 20 minutes, had to find a random waiter walking past to be greeted or get water. After ordering our Branzino , 20 minutes had passed before they even came back to tell us they were out. Ordered potatoes without bacon and had to be send back twice. Food was ok. Ambiance was beautiful, easy access to street parking. 4/10."
