"In the 20 years I have visited this establishment, tonight's experience was, by far, the best I've had here and quite possibly the best I've had dining out, period. Eric, our server was very polite and professional. He really did serve us, unlike most servers nowadays. He was there for our best interest, not his. He didn't hesitate to visit our table or ask if we needed anything. By far, the best and friendliest server I have ever had if only all servers were like him. Mr. Moussa stopped by our table and our daughter asked him where Red was. Without missing a beat, he told her that he would go find Red for her. Albeit, though she is still not fond of characters, the gesture on behalf of Mr. Moussa and his staff was wonderful. Staffs typically don't go out of their way for patrons in most establishments anymore. And the food, thank you everyone in the kitchen. It came out super quick and was the best food I have ever eaten at Red Robin. The presentation was wonderful and looked just as appetizing as it tasted. Also, thank you for going out of your way to put the smiley face of pepperoni on my daughter's pizza at her request. Those extra couple seconds you spent on it lit her face with joy. Keep doing what you're doing, staff. It is very much appreciated and the extra effort really showed tonight!"
