"We were in the wine and Dine event yesterday in Singold. Although we failed at the beginning of the event and arrived too late, we were warmly welcomed by Constanze and the staff. At check-in at the hotel we were very helpful and relaxed, although we were at the beginning. We spent a wonderful evening and felt very welcome. The 8-course menu prepared by Michi, Rudi and Son was very similar to our taste. The individual courses were very harmonious. All components fit very well and were a pleasure. There were thoughts and skills behind it. The personal performance of the cooking artists at each guest was also a highlight for me. Of course, the excellent selection of wines must also be mentioned to each dish. We spent an incredibly beautiful evening with accommodation in the hotel. We can only recommend restaurant and hotel and come back."
