"Great spot for Amritsari kulcha (fluffy soft wheat bread filled with onions/potatoes/spices) and chana (garbanzo beans curry)! I especially love their *extremely spicy* onion kulcha! It is dark red on the inside because of all the spices and I loved it! We've also tried their shahi paneer, vada pav and pani puri all of them were flavorful and we enjoyed each of these dishes! It is a food truck and there's no place to sit nearby so some people sit in the trunks of their parked cars eating food! It's an incredible experience. I'm not a fan of their lemonade, I thought it'll be freshly made but it was bottled lemonade served in plastic glasses. The staff there seems to be a family and are all respectful older men, who are very kind and always helpful! Overall, the food has an authentic flavor and I would visit them again in a heartbeat!"

"I gave this place two chances and they failed both times. First time, no one ever picked up the phone for a to go order. Went in person and waited 30 minutes. Food was barely acceptable. My non Indian friends said they liked it but I don't think that counts. The second time, again no one picks up the phone. I thought they were out of business due to COVID, so just went in person again to see if it was still open. Very bad idea! 1. They said the order would take 20 30 minutes. Waited 35 minutes and during this time multiple online take out orders were processed. I asked again and was told it would be another 15 minutes!! So, 50 minutes later I received the food. 2. As I left, was asked whether I had already paid for the food ! which, yes, I had because why would I still be here 50 minutes later if I hadn't paid for the food?! I would have left a long time ago. 3. The Butter Chicken Masala was extremely dry and didn't taste fresh. It's almost as if it had been cooked for the entire 50 minutes that I was waiting. 4. The eggs in the Egg Masala were old the yolk was over cooked and from the flavor, it was easy to tell the eggs had been sitting around for a while. The masala itself was very bland... No salt, no lime, just some generic mixed spice flavor with too much oil. 5. The Garlic Naans were extremely disappointing they were barely cooked and very thin the dough hadn't risen at all and were nearly impossible to eat but unfortunately we were hungry. Never going back here again..."

"Bay Area Hot Breads has disappointed me beyond words. I ordered a customized cake, clearly stating the color I wanted. To my dismay, they failed to adhere to the simple instruction and delivered a wrong cake. This isn't just an oversight; it's downright disrespectful.Their customer service? Absolutely atrocious. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they were downright rude and unapologetic. It's clear that they don't care about customer satisfaction, which is, quite frankly, appalling.And the cake itself? Terrible. It tasted bad, further ruining our celebration. A bakery that can't even make a decent tasting cake isn't worth your time or money.My experience with Bay Area Hot Breads was nothing short of a disaster. Poor attention to detail, horrible customer service, and awful tasting products are what they offer. I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone.I'm giving Bay Area Hot Breads a one-star rating, only because zero stars isn't an option. Trust me, they deserve nothing more"
