"DON'T go here unless you want to get ripped off. I placed an online order and came home to find my bowl 1/4 full!!! I had to drive all the way back, and they said it looks like that because you only got 2 ingredients; rice and tofu. I told them obviously for $10 I want a full bowl, just like the overflowing bowls in pictures. I didnt expect any extra tofu because I know that is an upcharge, but there should have been extra rice to compensate. She said you could ask for extra rice. I told her it was an online order and that wasn't an option. I also mentioned that I had just placed an online order the day before at avon, and they had the common sense to adjust the amount of rice themselves when they saw the bowl only contained two items. Who would pay $10 for a 1/4 full bowl?!?! They also forgot my pack of teriyaki sauce. Also, they let about 8 people go ahead of me before filling my online order that was placed prior to them arriving. When you receive an online order you place it down on the line and go in order of the orders that came in between online and in person. Horrible place! Their food is good though so I would highly suggest the Avon location."

"When they first opened, the eggs were “cage-free eggs”, seems like they have since renamed it as just eggs lolAnyway the food is okay, portion is great. I only like the gochujang sauce, the yumyum sauce and teriyaki sauce isnt the greatest and doesnt really go well with the food tbh. I wish they have more neutral sauce like salsa.I recommend mixing everything together like bibimbap, it will make it taste much better and less dry.Also not sure how much this matters to anybody but I’ve never seen a single asian staff at bibibop?"
