"Please see my previous review. This joint has been a family favourite for several years because of our love of mussels and its location. Our most recent visit, however, has turned us away. On a hot Toronto afternoon we visited with hope and left disappointed. Again, the eatery was almost empty, but the few patrons there were seated all over, including outside, and served by very few staff. The staff are attractive, courteous and clearly trying their best, but they are too few to meet basic standards. Proof in point: our mussels and salmon sandwich were tasty, but tepid in temperature, signalling stasis while the staff were busy elsewhere. That is the management problem I previously underscored and has not been addressed. Mussel meals should not be $23, and the small salmon sandwich - at $21 - were overpriced. With two delicious German wheat beers, $70 before tip."
