"Gotta say, when we first walked in the door from the parking lot, we were a little put off by the hostess leaning over the counter and exposing her entire bottom half to whoever walked in, but whatever. We arrived a little early for our reservation, and were seated right away. Our waitress did take a long time to get to us, and by that time we had decided to order through the QR code on the table. We only saw our waitress one time after that, and had to wait for our food to come to ask for refills on our drinks. We ordered the shanks and sausage platter, and the food was pretty decent. I don't have experience with authentic German food, so I can't be the best judge on that. I did enjoy the cucumber salad and potato salad. I do prefer hot German potato salad, but the flavors were still there and good. We did also order the Rueben egg rolls, and they were okay, although very greasy. The decor inside and even outside is very well done, and beautiful. I'm not sure we'd go back again if we were ever in the area, but it was worth to try once! We don't drink beer, so maybe we missed out on some of the experience."
